The department of chemistry aim to build a multidisciplinary learning environment founded on value based principals, when all involved shall contribute effectively and efficiently to the society.

 

the students are encouraged to “think beyond” in the way of assignments, posters, models, seminars etc.

 

Also, the teachers are encouraged to apprise themselves of the recent advances through participation in seminars, workshops, research etc. and also clearing the mandatory NET examination.

 

 

 

The scope and importance of chemistry are improving a lot day by day in this era of science. Students can make their career at UG and PG leveling different types of jobs. On completion of B. Sc. Chemistry, students can opt a career as laboratory technician as well as project assistant in different organization.

 

After completing PG in chemistry, students can make their career in teaching and research in different universities &institutes.
